Having grown up in Southern California, it’s surprising that I haven’t attended many local races. One particularly well-known one throughout the country is the Long Beach Grand Prix. Until now, I have never been able to go, and while this may be my first time, it certainly won’t be my last. Watching and hearing the Pirelli World Challenge cars up close was as thrilling as you’d expect. Each sounding so different from the other….with my favorite being the Mercedes.
